A filler is a word that has no meaning in itself and is used to fill gaps in conversation. In customer service, this filler and fluency in speaking style are also considered to affect the impression. In this paper, we propose a system to train the trainer's way of speaking by detecting the filler in the customer service training scene. We conduct user studies and confirm whether the system experience will improve the impression of trust and familiarity given to customers. |
