A current resonant converter satisfying both of wider input voltage range and higher power density is required. It has been found that the drastic increasing of the transformer winding loss becomes a severe problem, and the mechanism and its solution has been also clarified so far. However, the additional problem has been found which is decreasing the control characteristics. This paper investigates the improvement of the regulation characteristics of current resonant converter with burst control between all load ranges in analytically and experimentally. |
