In this paper, a reducing output capacitance control technique achieves to reduce the value of output capacitance with small output voltage ripple and low voltage deviation. The proposed Compensating Light-load Operation and a Simple voltage-mode (CLOS) control is designed simply by using the AND logic circuit as the signal mixture gate. The POL in the devise such as automotive application and healthcare needs a simple design and implementation. The proposed control circuit with reduced output capacitance improves voltage deviation and output voltage ripple, the experimental prototype circuit uses six times smaller output capacitance. The prototype experimental results with 12 V input, 5 V output are given to verify the circuit operation. |
