In Japan, many electricity retailers were born in 2016.
Conventional procurement programs, which are used by operators belong to the retailers, have been miniimized cost or maximized profit.
But recently, by various needs of customers and transactions, we anticipate the cases where procurement program forced to focus on preference priority than lower cost or higher profit.
However, Conventional procurement program based on Linear Programming model can not handle preference priority.
In this paper,we proposed the new procurement program based on Integer Programming model which maximizes profit under given preference priority List.
It is called Procurement Program with Preference Priority List($P^4L$).
Furthermore, we showed the examples of $P^4L$ method and discussed the plans of validation. |
