(in English) Technology to detect surface plasmon resonance (SPR) as an electric current will be introduced. SPR has been applied to sensors and has contributed significantly to the field of microanalysis. Unlike conventional methods of measuring the amount of reflected light, detecting SPR as an electric current significantly reduces the size of the sensor system.
