| (in English) | Pairing-based cryptography is an extension of elliptic-curve-based cryptography for applications realizing functional cryptography, and its security is evaluated by the discrete logarithm problem on the elliptic curve(ECDLP) or the discrete logarithm problem on a finite field projected by the pairing(DLP). In this paper, we evaluate the security of pairing-based cryptography on major elliptic curves such as BN curve and BLS curve using the Special extended Number Field Sieve, a kind of number field sieve algorithm for solving DLP. | |
