Design of Dual-Band Semi-Lumped Element Power Divider with Constant Absolute Bandwidth

(in English) In recent years, the dramatic evolution of information and communication technology and the expansion of its fields of use have greatly increased the demand for the widespread use of IoT and the practical application of 5G, which form the basis of this technology. As a result, various types of microwave devices are expected to be required to be smaller, multiband, and to have higher performance. The Wilkinson power divider is one of the in phase division circuits used in division/synthesizers connected to the input/output ends of amplifiers, orthogonal demodulators, antenna feeder circuits, etc. Its excellent frequency response and wide bandwidth have led to many applications. The authors have reported the design method of a lumped element power divider using LC ladder circuit for wideband, unequal division, and multiple branches. In this study, a dual-band design in the UHF/SHF(sub6) band is carried out using a 15-element circuit consisting of three stages of LC ladder type circuits. Since the circuit is designed to allow arbitrary selection of the three frequencies, the matched frequencies are designed to be close to each other to achieve a constant absolute bandwidth in each distant frequency band.
