We experimentally demonstrate output power enhancement in photonic-based 300-GHz generation by optical pulse compression for the first time. A highly nonlinear fiber (HNLF) is used for the optical pulse compression. The 300 GHz output is enhanced by 4.6 dB when optical peak power to the HNLF is 21.4 dBm. |
