(in English) With the revision of the Courses of Study in 2017/18, there has been an increase of content related to artificial intelligence and data science in primary and secondary education curricula. When dealing with artificial intelligence and data science in school education, ELSI education is expected to play an important role in understanding the essence of these topics. Under these circumstances, how should ELSI education be promoted in primary and secondary education? This paper discusses the handling of advanced technologies and ELSI in primary and secondary education by introducing examples from actual textbooks and advanced educational practices.
