[Poster Presentation] Simulation verification of amplitude envelope characteristics evaluation using multi-Rayleigh model

(in English) In previous studies, we have applied the amplitude envelope statistics analysis using the multi-Rayleigh model to clinical data to investigate the possibility of quantitative evaluation of liver diseases such as nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), in which fibrous tissue and fat droplets are mixed. However, since the signal obtained depends on the characteristics of the measurement system, it is necessary to study the relationship between tissue structure and evaluation parameters under different conditions in detail in order to establish a stable evaluation indicator. In this report, we reproduced the tissue structure of a living body by computer simulation and verified the relationship between the parameters of the evaluation model.
