Towards a Collaborative Operational Data Analysis for Automated Network Management

(in English) Network automation with a self-driving network, a data-driven approach to avoid and handle network troubles with feedback controls, is an emerging and challenging topic in network management. Towards an automated modification of network configurations in the feedback controls, it is necessary to collaborate two-sided network operational analysis: real data analysis and synthetic data analysis with clear root causes of troubles. In this work, we discuss designs of a framework to collect more realistic synthetic operational data and an automated network system with a taxonomy of root causes and operational data. The synthetic data framework can also contribute to evaluating AIOps technologies
or debugging network topologies with complicated trouble scenarios.
