This research aims to realize a reflection type FOPH in order to measure a sound pressure precisely in a frequency band of 35k - 100kHz where cavitation bubbles collapse occurs. It is found that the sound pressure is 150kPa under cavitation bubble collapse using FOPH. Comparing to the conventional piezoelectric hydrophones, the FOPH output around 80kHz is not same as the piezoelectric output. We examined the frequency characteristic of FOPH. |
