In particular, the development of image sensors using SPAD technology, which has a different operating principle from conventional CCD and CMOS image sensors, is accelerating. In this paper, we present 1 Megapixel 3D-stacked BSI SPAD image sensor with pixel-wise exposure control and adaptive clocked recharging, which we reported in ISSCC2022. | |
