| (in English) | The development and spread of information technology, called the 4th Industrial Revolution, has increased the value of intellectual property worldwide. However, it is difficult to say that intellectual property education at universities is sufficient. The Intellectual Property Management Skill Test, which is a national qualification, is one of the standards for acquiring knowledge about intellectual property. To obtain this qualification, we must understand intellectual property law, which is generally difficult to read. It is considered difficult for a person unfamiliar with the text of the law to learn it by himself. Therefore, the authors are providing learning support using an intellectual property learning support system. This system visually supports structural understanding by displaying legal texts as logic circuits. In this paper, aiming to expand the database of this system, we propose and evaluate a method for generating propositional formulas necessary for logic circuits. | |
