[Invited Lecture] A Communication Timing Schedule Method for FA Network with PLC Program Analysis

(in English) The Factory Automation network has a multiple communication cycles function that reduces the frequency of control communication to devices with long control cycles and increases the free communication time. This function makes it possible to improve productivity and increase the scale of the system. However, setting the function was complicated.
In this presentation, we propose a method to analyze the program for Programmable Logic Controller and design the communication timing to reduce the control communication time. As a result of applying this method to CC-Link IE TSN, it was confirmed that the control communication time can be reduced without changing the control.
