[Poster Presentation] Study on Receiver Grouping-Based Optimal Scheduling for Wireless Power Transfer

(in English) In MISO (Multiple-Input Single-Output)-based wireless power transfer (WPT) systems, TDM (Time Division Multiplexing) scheduling periodically switches multiple weight vectors optimized to receivers by assigning a time slot to each weight vector. In this study, we propose a receiver-grouping TDM scheduling method in order to achieve efficient and effective WPT. The proposed method clusters receivers with similar channel vectors into a group, and set one receiver in each group to a representative receiver. Time slots in TDM scheduling are assigned to representative receivers and lengths of the time slots are optimized so as to maximize the minimum harvested power by a receiver. We evaluate the performance of the proposed method with simulation experiments in an indoor environment.
