Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Future electric power networks are expected to utilize the storage batteries of electric vehicles in order to achieve a stable supply of electricity and grid maintenance.
The number of electric vehicles, their mobility, and the location of electric stations must be taken into consideration, while taking into account the operational status of the electric power network. Appropriate layer coupling and evaluation of the electric power network and transportation network are also necessary.
In particular, more suitable coordination can be expected by taking into account the cost of electric vehicle travel.
In this paper, we propose a layer coupling method that considers mobility costs in order to appropriately link electric power networks and transportation networks.
The proposed method uses a genetic algorithm to derive a solution to the optimization problem, which determines the amount of charge/discharge and the location of charge/discharge for the electric vehicle with the minimum power loss.
Numerical examples are used to investigate the distribution voltage and power loss at each node, and also to evaluate the effect of travel cost to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
