(in English) In recent years, the threat of hardware Trojans has become a serious problem. However, due to the nature of hardware Trojans, it is very difficult to detect hardware Trojans from a computer in which hardware Trojans has been inserted. In addition, the difficulty of preparing a computer with hardware Trojans or a computer with the same condition as the hardware Trojans makes it difficult to use supervised learning with neural networks for detection. Therefore, in this paper, we examine unsupervised algorithms that are useful for detecting hardware Trojans by using machine learning methods. Then, we describe a method to realize a hardware Trojan tolerate system.
