PWM Control of LLC Current Resonant Converters -- Constant voltage control by digital PI control --

(in English) LLC current-resonant DC-DC converters that operate by pulse frequency modulation (PFM) are expected to be applied to various circuits because of their compact size, high efficiency, and low noise. However, the switching frequency changes during voltage adjustment, making it difficult to design output filter settings and so on. Therefore, we investigated the possibility of using a pulse width modulation (PWM) control method, which is a fixed-frequency control method. By employing a double-voltage rectifier circuit, the PWM control method can be applied, and constant voltage control was achieved by combining it with feedback control.
