初学者理学療法士の効果的な教育に向けた臨床推論過程の段階的検証

理学療法を効果的に行うには臨床推論を通し，対峙すべき問題を明確にする理学療法診断が不可欠で ある.しかし，その方法は体系化されておらず個人の経験に基づいて実施されている.理学療法士の急増は新卒者 の急増と教育者側の若年化を招き，経験に基づく臨床推論の指導と実践を困難にしている.この問題を計算機によ る支援で解消するために，臨床推論を情報収集，理学療法評価，統合と解釈，問題点抽出，治療立案，の 5 ステッ プに分けて検証した.その結果，(1) 必要な情報収集・理学療法評価の選択，(2) 適切な問題点の抽出，(3) 適切な 治療立案の 3 点に対して支援を必要としていることが確認された. |

Clarifying the problem through clinical reasoning is essential for an effective physiotherapy diagnosis. However， it is not well systematized and is conducted based on individual experience. The rapid increase in the number of physiotherapists in recent years has led to a rapid rise in inexperienced practitioners and younger educators, making it challenging to teach and practice clinical reasoning based on experience. To solve this problem with computational support, we divided the clinical reasoning process into five steps: information gathering, physiotherapy evaluation, integration and interpretation, problem identification, and treatment planning. The results suggest that assistance is needed for the following three topics: (1) selection of necessary information gathering and physiotherapy evaluation, (2) identifying problems correctly, and (3) making an appropriate treatment plan. |
