In the ultra-smart society, it is necessary to design services based on Quality of Experience (QoE). Generally, subjective evaluations such as questionnaires are used to evaluate QoE, but quantitative evaluation is difficult because it cannot take into account differences in user characteristics such as preferences and emotions, nor can it avoid the risk of intentional responses. On the other hand, if user preferences can be determined from changes in biometric information, quantitative evaluation becomes possible. In this study, we examine to what extent preferences during image observation are influenced by individual differences and image content using the heartbeat interval, which is biometric information. |
