近年，健康経営支援サービスの市場規模が拡大する中で，時空間的制約を解消するための遠隔ヘルスケアへの期待が高まっている．本研究では，就業者の動線と心身状態を推定し，労働環境の生産性・Quality of Working（QoW）を定量的に分析することで健康経営に貢献する職域常時モニタリングの現場実装を目的とする．我々は，業務中にスマートフォンとスマートウォッチを使用して，位置情報と生体情報を計測するとともに経験サンプリング法により主観的な感情を調査する実験システムを構築した．本稿では，高速サービスエリアの複数の飲食・物品販売サービス形態に従事する従業員を対象として行った実証実験について報告する．

Recently, the market scale of health and productivity management support services is expanding, while expectations for tele-healthcare are increasing to alleviate spatio-temporal constraints. This study is aiming on-site implementation of an always-on monitoring system to contribute health and productivity management. The system is designed for analyzing physical and mental states of workers in terms of productivity and Quality of Working (QoW). We implemented an experimental system to measure location and biometric information and to investigate subjective emotions using the experience sampling method. In this paper, we report a demonstration experiment conducted for analyzing employees engaged in multiple types of operations in an expressway service area.
