Polarimetric SAR Ship Detection Based on Sparse Reconstruction Error Saliency

(in English) Ship detection is one of the important applications of polarimetric synthetic aperture radar(SAR) images. In this study, we introduce sparse reconstruction error saliency into polarimetric SAR ship detection, and propose a polarimetric SAR detection method based on sparse reconstruction error saliency. We conduct experiments on two fully polarized SAR images from the ALOS-2 satellite, and demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method by comparing it with the CA-CFAR method at both object-level and pixel-level.
