A lot of researchers already have reported sound localization using sound direction-of-arrival estimation(DOA) like MUSIC method in the combination of triangulation. Authors also have reported sound localization in addition with time synchronization signal sent by global navigation satellite system (GNSS). In order to localize sound source accurately, the distance between micro phone arrays have to be almost same as the distance between a microphone array and a sound source. However, sound localization accuracy becomes ill greatly in the case that the microphone arrays distance becomes quite narrow because the incident wave almost becomes coincident plane wave in all microphone arrays. In this report, we examine sound localization accuracy dependent on sampling frequency, reflection and signal noise ration to environment noise. |
