Propagation Characteristics Analysis in Minimal Fab Factory Environment

(in English) Propagation models need to be developed to verify the use of wireless systems in factory environments in advance. Since each factory has its own equipment, the propagation characteristics are likely to be unique to each factory. In this paper, we investigate the propagation characteristics of radio waves in an environment where many minimal fab devices, which are expected to be used in next-generation semiconductor factories, are installed. The propagation characteristics were analyzed by ray tracing method in the 922 MHz band for sensor networks and in the 4.85 GHz and 28.35 GHz bands for local 5G deployment.
