Dual power supply based tunable BPF with tunability of center frequency and bandwidth using tunable LPF and tunable HPF

(in English) This paper proposes a dual power supply based tunable bandpass filter (BPF) with tunability of center frequency and bandwidth using a tunable lowpass filter (LPF) and a tunable highpass filter (HPF). Both of LPF and HPF are designed as one unit and are configured with three units to provide sharp skirt characteristics using microstrip line structure. The power supply of each filter is integrated by adjusting electrical length of each unit. Tunable BPF is composed of them and adjusted to get desired reflection characteristics by impedance matching. At last, simulation results of the tunable BPF and comparison with preceding studies are also shown.
