Wearable robot control based on electroencephalograms is expected not only for the use of myoelectric artificial hands for patients with arm defects, but also for the extension of body functions for people without arm defects. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the characteristics of the brain waves generated by the actions performed. In this study, we detected the electroencephalogram generated when the hand is opened and closed, extracted the features by using supervised learning, and examined the possibility of distinguishing between the gripping motion and the opening motion based on the features. As a result, it was found that the β wave of brain waves is suitable for discriminating "grasping movements", and a correct answer rate of about 80% was obtained by using more teacher data than the number of motion data to be judged. |
