In the 700 MHz to 30 GHz band including the new 28 GHz telecommunication band, we developed an evaluation method for electromagnetic noise suppression in 5G mobile communication systems using magnetic composite materials. In this paper we improved the harmonic resonator perturbation method, known as a highly sensitive method for measuring permeability and permittivity, to widen the measurable frequency band up to Ka-band (38 GHz). The prototype development and the results of complex permittivity and permeability measurements of magnetic composite materials are reported. |
