Analysis of common-mode voltage during switching of individual IGBTs in three phase inverter

(in English) In recent years, the development of automated driving technology has led to the need for more reliable communication equipment.In power electronics equipment installed in automobiles, there is concern about electromagnetic interference caused by high-speed switching operations, and technology to reduce common mode voltage, which is the main cause of such interference, is desired.In this report, the effect of the inductance of the two conductor lines supplying the power supply on the common mode voltage when applying the impedance balancing method, one of the common mode voltage reduction methods, is investigated using circuit simulation.The results show that when the balance of the inductance of the two conductor lines changes, the value of the regulating element that can reduce the common mode voltage also changes.The analysis of the common mode voltage during individual switching of the IGBTs constituting the three-phase inverter shows that the common mode voltage is reduced in all switching patterns.
