| (in English) | In general, in the decision-making process of small groups, there are many opportunities for members to explicitly express their opinions and thoughts, which may lead to complex and emergent interactions such as compromise and proposal of new ideas by members, compared to large groups where voting or delegation of final decisions to specific individuals is often used. However, research modeling such interaction systems has not received much attention until today. So far, various attempts have been made to model decision-making processes in groups using multi-agent systems such as MCGDM (Multi-Criteria Decision-Making), which derive conclusions from existing options. However, they still need to fully reflect on creative aspects such as compromise and proposal of new ideas by members often observed in small groups. Therefore, it has been difficult to predict how each member will behave or act towards matters based on the conclusions obtained by each member after decision-making in small groups. This study revealed that by constructing a reinforcement learning model that incorporates individual members’ satisfaction with interactions and their results as variables in the decision-making process of small groups, each member could accept the conclusion obtained by the group with a positive attitude and at the same time shorten the time required for decision-making. | |
