Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In recent years, many commercial vehicles are equipped with drive recorders to record video and audio inside and outside the vehicle in order to record the driving conditions. It is necessary to find out the situation and instruct employees, etc., because there are cases where it is illegal to wear a seatbelt or make a phone call while driving. It is difficult to check all of the huge amount of data manually in order to find conversations while driving or not wearing a seatbelt from the recorded data. It is We have started a study on a method to detect the state of communication while driving by distinguishing the state of driving, stop, conversation, and communication from the voice data recorded by the drive recorder. In this report, as the first step, we describe the results of examining a method for examining a method for identifying conversational states from speech data. After eliminating unnecessary noise and labeling the data of the drive recorder, the mel filter bank coefficients and MFCC were calculated, and the neural network was trained and evaluated. As a result, it was found that the same vehicle used for learning can be discriminated to some extent.
