HMD-type customer service training support system using eye tracking

(in English) In this paper, customer service training support system using HMD and eye tracking approach are developed. By using this system, users can learn appropriate customer service for various customers. Based on some information measured from eye tracking device and speech recognition method, user’s behaviors are checked, and feedbacks are made for training of customer services. From verification experiments, it can be shown that users are able to learn some behaviors of customer service by using proposed system.
