In this study, focusing on bereavement care, we have proposed a knowledge co-creation framework for the creation of practical tele-nursing knowledge by elucidating a part of the empathy process in telecare, which is not necessarily the same as a face-to-face environment. In this paper, we develop a support system for expressing online bereavement care knowledge as a foundation for co-creation activities, equipped with support functions that contribute to the analysis of telecare interactions and discussion aimed at the externalization of care knowledge. |
