Control of Multi-robot Systems Using A Future Map

(in English) This research was presented at "the 66th Conference of the Institute of Systems, Control and Information Engineers" and "the 6th International Symposium on Swarm Behaviour and Bio-inspired Robotics".
In a smart warehouse, efficient control of mobile robots is required.
This paper improves the recently proposed method based on a future map in terms of the computational time of generating a route.
In this system, each robot is controlled by a receding horizon policy, where a map server saves the scheduled route of each robot and each robot determines its optimal route by reading the information from the server.
This paper proposes a new method for generating an optimal route based on a spatio-temporal graph, which contains the future trajectories of robots.
The effectiveness is verified by numerical simulations.
