Acquisition of physical kinetics of machines by reservoir computing

(in English) This report focuses on an anomaly detection application of a machine’s dynamical system using reservoir computing. We propose an algorithm to detect anomalies by comparing the normal output of a machine with the predicted output of a reservoir that has been trained on the machine’s dynamical system. For this purpose, it is necessary to accurately acquire the complex dynamical system of the machine. Since the dynamic system of a machine is very complex, a motor was used as a learning target as one physical system. Three physical systems were constructed by adding loads to the motor step by step. By pre-processing real data and exploring the parameters of the reservoir, we were able to acquire that physical system through reservoir computing.
