[Invited Talk] Sound-field measurement using optical technologies

(in English) Optical sound field measurement is being investigated as a technology that can realize high spatial resolution imaging and non-contact high-precision measurement without disturbing the measurement target field. In recent years, the performances of the optical sound measurement methods have been improved through the appropriate use of advanced optical technologies. This paper introduces the principles and recent research trends of sound field measurement using advanced optical techniques, with a focus on high-speed polarization interferometry and midfringe locked interferometry.
