We have measured the characteristics of vacuum tubes for plate voltages as low as 20-30V and fitted to a mathematical model for use in SPICE. In this process, we obtained characteristics of 6K4P and 6K4P-EV vacuum tubes that could not be handled by the Cohen-H'{e}lie model that we had been using. By modifying the mathematical model, we were able to create a SPICE model that can be fitted to the measured values of these tubes. The advantage of this modify is that the model includes the original mathematical model and can be used as-is for other vacuum tubes that can be fitted with the previous model. |
