| (in English) | In recent years, the number of mentally challenged children has been increasing, and the spread of the new coronavirus infection has accelerated the spread of information and communication technology (ICT)-based learning (e-learning). We are developing an e-learning support system to realize education suited to each student. Specifically, we are using the MediaPipe Unity Plugin, which can run on a CPU, as the development environment, to authenticate learners using facial recognition and start recording their learning. The system then uses skeletal recognition to estimate the learner's level of concentration in e-learning, and understands the level of understanding and the state of effort, which cannot be measured by the percentage of correct answers to questions, and the AI mentor provides appropriate voice and support according to the learner's emotions. We hope to integrate these functions and obtain feedback by actually visiting special-needs classes and having them use the system. | |
