Our objective is to obtain highly accurate information about the indoor wireless environment by conducting simultaneous multi-point and multi-frequency measurements using multiple real-time spectrum monitors. As a fundamental investigation, we aim to generate a radio map for local 5th generation (L5G) in the 4.8 GHz band. In previous research, the equation that combines the free-space propagation loss model with the measurement results of the transmit antenna directivity was proposed. In this paper, we measured the received power under the line of sight (LOS) where the effects of the antenna directivity were minimized. In addition, we compared the free-space propagation loss model with the measurement results to verify its applicability in an indoor L5G environment. Consequently, the result indicates a similar trend between the model and the measured data with an error margin of 5 dB in the case of the distance of 14 m. |
