(in English) A questionnaire survey was conducted on the Quality of Experience (QoE) of Wi-Fi services for visitors at a large-scale exhibition hall. The first half compares two-year data to examine how the location and total number of connectivity issues affected user satisfaction levels. While stable trends in Wi-Fi usage variables (e.g., correlation coefficients) were confirmed, a significant increase in these satisfaction levels was observed over the two years. The second half verified the relationship between existing variables and loyalty indices for the free Wi-Fi, the exhibition, and exhibiting companies. The results showed a certain positive correlation between these loyalty indices and the perceived Wi-Fi quality.
