Design of 45GHz Frequency Trippler in 40nm CMOS Technology

(in English) As a circuit constituting a wireless communication device, a frequency tripler plays an important role as a circuit for modulating a carrier wave.
With the spread of high-speed, large-capacity communication in recent years, the frequency band to be handled has been increasing, and it is necessary to design a tripler corresponding to the high-frequency band.?@In this study, we designed a 45GHz tripler with a 5GHz band, and a power ratio of less than -18.1dB by designing using a resonator and common-mode rejection to improve the performance of the tripler.
