[Poster Presentation] Analysis of Shadowing Loss in Inter-Vehicle Communication Environment with Slope Diffraction

(in English) In this paper, we discuss the shadowing loss by a blocking vehicle in an inter-vehicle communication environment. When the line-of-sight (LOS) path is blocked by a vehicle, the slope diffraction should generally be adopted to correctly calculate the propagation loss between the transmitter and the receiver. We firstly discuss the difference of propagation loss between the slope diffraction calculation and the other calculation method. Based on the result, we clarify the region where the slope diffraction must be used. We also present the calculated propagation loss using the slope diffraction.
