(Feb 28 update)
Please check this page for the online conference schedule and how to join the conference.
(Feb 24 update)
  • Oral presentations are held online.
  • Poster presentations are canceled.
  • Even if speakers cannot present their work, we will provide an opportunity for presentations at a later conference (i.e., oral presentations without paper submission and additional participation fee).
  • Both of the above have been published in the technical report as scheduled.
  • The awards at the SeMI Study Group are intended to be presented to online presentations, or oral presentations at another time later in principle. (Details will be announced again.)
  • If there are many strong requests to come to Nagoya, we may consider providing Nagoya University as a satellite venue. If you wish to do so, please send your request to SeMI secretariat .
  • We will contact you again for a detailed procedure such as participation fee payment, participation instruction to the online conference, confirmation of presentation intention, and program change.

(Feb 19 update) The reception on Mar. 2 is canceled considering the risk of COVID-19. The conference itself will be held as scheduled. Please check the latest information on this page.
