Control of magnetic domain structure in superconductor/feroomagnet hybrid nano-structure

(in English) Recently, in superconductor/ferromagnetic metal hybrid nanostructure, intriguing phenomena are expected by an influence of ferromagnetic exchange interaction on Cooper pair. One of the phenomena is spin-triplet supercurrent. However, to form the spin-triplet state, the interplay between Cooper pair and inhomogeneous spin arrangement is necessary. In this study, we focus on a domain wall as inhomogeneous domain structure. In a ferromagnetic metal(FM) Ni-Fe/superconductor(SC) Nb crossed structure, we attempt to insert a domain wall into FM/SC interface and control it.
In experimental results, it was possible to stabilize domain walls at two interfaces simultaneously in the normal conducting state. Moreover, by the procedure of decreasing temperature after inserting the domain wall in the normal conducting state, the domain wall has been kept at the interface even in the superconducting state. These results suggest the possibility to inject the Cooper pairs into the ferromagnetic metal via magnetic domain wall.
