We discuss a framework of the reinforcement learning to find the shortest course of a ship in a restricted sea-area with the strong tidal current. We proposed such framework in a previous report, but the calculation procedure of the tidal current effect in the report is not sufficient because of too simplified modeling. In this article, we propose the improved version of the calculation procedure and apply it to the finding the shortest course of a ship. |
