The safety assessment method of regulation and manual

(in English) The regulations about railways are considered to be the software which specifies operation of the human being and machine system in railways. The check of the validity of a manual to reliability, safety, etc. is called for from the change at any time accompanying a technical innovation, change of the social situation, etc. However, generally it is not easy. In this paper, the reliability and the safety evaluation technique of a manual by the logical correlation and determination process record using the technique of a requirement definition of software engineering are proposed. The employment tool by the computer is introduced with it.
