Some kinds of contents require synchronous playback on multiple clients at various locations. There have been known some content distribution methods, but they are not good enough for such purpose.Streaming needs a lot of facility costs and is constrained by bandwidth of user's line capability. On the other hand, distribution by download or package is difficult to restrict playtime technically.
In this paper, we propose an efficient content distribution for synchronous playback on multiple client using "K-method", which enables indivisualization of each devices and efficient multicasting of contents. Our proposal distributes scrambled contents as a package and then distributes header which involves descramble key of scrambled contens.
We also discuss traitor tracing which spreads descrambled contents. |
