(in English) In recent years, unexpected hazard of high technology to human and environment has become common awareness in close relation to the necessity of early warning system on clearinghouse for new technological/environmental risks (WHO etc.). In this report, first, a methodological principle trial for the quantitative evaluation of the compound and/or cumulative effects on indoor high-technology pollution has been proposed under some introduction of western philosophy. Then, the effectiveness of proposed method is partly confirmed through some principle experiments.
