Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Syllabi play an important role as information sources in course selection by students in universities. We have been developing a system for efficient retrieval of syllabi to support users of them. In the developing system, the results of retrieval are displayed in the form of tree-like structures expressing the relationships among related terms of the query keyword. This paper reports the improved system equipped with the functions of dictionary-based keyword expansion and category-based retrieval.
