This study focuses on achieving speech privacy using a meaningless steady masking noise. Previous study adopted a band-limited pink noise as a meaningless steady noise to robustly mask speeches that has various power spectra. In this study, a method of masking speech with meaningless steady noise considering the spectra l level form of speech to reduce annoyance and noisiness was considered. From the results, the validity and the usefulness of the meaningless steady noise was confirmed. |
